HP introduces a new 27-inch next week, all-in-one PC called the Omni 27 in the United States. This will be the first all-in-one PC with a large screen which is not written by Apple. When and if this HP model to the Netherlands is not yet known.
As the model name indicates, the Omni 27 HP all-in-one with a screen of 27 inches. The screen has a maximum resolution of 1920×1080 (full HD), which can be seen as a little disappointing, the Apple 27 iMac models have a maximum resolution of 2560×1440 pixels is significantly higher. This compensates for HP but again the price, the Omni 27 goes over the counter for a suggested retail price of $ 1,199, or about $ 500 cheaper than the cheapest 27-inch iMac.
The Omni will also be available in several different models. There are variants with Core i7 and Core i3 processors from Intel and with 4 or 8 GB of DDR3. Even when the graphics cards can choose between an AMD or NVIDIA. The maximum storage will amount to 3 TB and it is optional, offered to the all-in-one with a Blu-ray player. The screen also offers the opportunity for TV use vi to the HDMI input on the side of the screen. As of January 8, the Omni in the United States for sale, as previously indicated there is availability in the Netherlands still unknown.
